1. The machine tool uses the traditional O-type layout, with a compact, neat appearance and less occupied area.
2. The bed seat, vertical column, tool slide and other components are all adopt symmetric thermal and box type dense reinforcement grid stiffened ribbon design, shaped with resin sand, featuring high precision and stability as well as good rigidity.
3. X, Y, Z three-axis have large travel, especially suitable for the special needs of the mold making industry to increase stroke.
4. Spindle equipped with imported major unit assembly , stepless speed change, high rotating accuracy and good dynamic balance precision. And also mounted positioning ring restore unit and AC main motor to perform rigidity tapping in high speed.
5. Spindles with the float tool stroke avoid the tool stroke force to pass on the spindle bearings, and effectively improve the life of the spindle.
