Product Details

Machining center 1580 machine body base, slide block, workbench, column, spindle box and other main foundation parts adopt high rigid cast iron structure, stable metal graphic structure, distributed in the internal network structure reinforcement,to ensure the high rigidity and bending resistance and shock absorption performance of the foundation parts; The basic parts are made of resin sand and treated by sandblasting, tempering and vibration effectively to ensure the stability of the machine's accuracy in long-term use and provide a guarantee for the stability of the machine's performance.
