Machining center 840 high speed and high rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo motor. X/Y/Z adopts Taiwan high-precision high-strength ball screw with Japanese NSK bearing and high precision imported locking. X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts hard track design, fixed surface adopts ultra-high frequency quenching process after precision grinding; The sliding surface is made of high strength wear-resisting material with plastic tape. Y direction guide rail for four track design (including auxiliary guide rail) greatly increase the rigidity and strength of the machine tool.
