Product Description

The machining center machine has a-shaped straddle structure, which is optimized for THREE-DIMENSIONAL diameter reduction, reducing the vibration of the machine tool during strong cutting and making the machine tool more rigid.
Machining center high speed and high rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo motor. X/Y/Z adopts Taiwan high-precision high-strength ball screw with Japanese NSK bearing and high precision imported locking. X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts hard track design, fixed surface adopts ultra-high frequency quenching process after precision grinding; The sliding surface is made of high strength wear-resisting material with plastic tape. Y direction guide rail for four track design (including auxiliary guide rail) greatly increase the rigidity and strength of the machine tool.

2. Coolant System — To keep parts and cutters cool and lubricated, most VMCs employ some sort of recirculating coolant system; which is usually a mix of soluble oil and water but can be a variety of other liquids as well.
3. Chip/Screw Conveyor— To evacuate the chips from the work zone, a variety of chip conveyors and chip augers may be employed to increase productivity and reduce downtime from manually shoveling out waste chips.
4. Full Covers/Enclosures— These can be added to reduce the splash/splatter caused by milling operations and protect the operators and environment from the machining process.
