1. The main parts of machine tool 1370 in machining center are optimized by finite element analysis. The main cast iron is made of high strength cast iron with stable metallostructure.
2. Machining center 850S machine body base, slide block, workbench, column, spindle box and other main foundation parts adopt high rigid cast iron structure, stable metallographic structure, distributed in the internal network structure reinforcement,to ensure the high rigidity and bending resistance and shock absorption performance of the foundation parts; The basic parts are made of resin sand and treated by sandblasting, tempering and vibration effectively to ensure the stability of the machine's accuracy in long-term use and provide a guarantee for the stability of the machine's performance.
