Milling Machine Packaging, Storage And Transportation
Leave a message
Milling machines are mostly packaged in wooden boxes. When manufacturing wooden boxes, wooden box manufacturers follow GB7284-98 "Frame Wooden Boxes", GB/T13384-92 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Mechanical and Electrical Products" and related standards. The above-mentioned standards make specific provisions on the material, structure, moisture content and other items of the packaging box.
SN/T0275-93 "Export Commodity Transport Packaging Wooden Box Inspection Regulations" must also be referred to for the inspection and sampling determination of packaging boxes. The machine tool in the box should be effectively fixed and lined, and its electrical appliances and processed unpainted surfaces should be treated with anti-rust and moisture-proof treatment, and the validity period of anti-rust is two years. Machine tool products should be kept in the warehouse during storage and port stay. When temporarily stored in the open air, they should be raised and covered with a thatch to prevent rain and water immersion. The center of gravity of the box surface, rainproof, do not turn it upside down, and handle with care should be complete, so as to ensure that the product arrives at the destination in good condition and safely during transportation.
